Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy (Bookazines & Magazines)
At moremags.com we want you to be happy with every order. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item.
You may cancel any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item unless that item:
- has been made to your specification or otherwise personalised;
- is a magazine, periodical or newspaper
- by reason of its nature is unable to be returned (eg digital downloads).
We cannot accept cancellations for digital items once you have viewed the item. If you cancel, you will need to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery can take up to 7 days UK, 14 days Europe, 28 days ROW. All packages are sent 2nd class unless stated otherwise.
Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered
You can return your purchase to us if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered.
We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are entitled to a refund, and you have sent your item back to us; payment will be made back to the credit card, debit card or paypal account you originally paid with within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.
